I play the clarinet in the SFLGFB concert band. I started playing the clarinet when I was in the fourth grade and played all throughout high school. I joined the SFLGFB because of my friend Corbin. I haven’t played the clarinet in the last 10 years and was interested in picking it up again. One of my favorite band memories is when my beloved high school band teacher was severely ill during my senior year performance, and he made it from the hospital in a wheel chair to conduct the last song of our final performance.
Outside of SFLGFB I am a marketer, baker, hiker, camper friend. Being part of SFLGFB is meaningful to me because it is a great way to connect with people from different backgrounds. Band geeks are always friendly, welcoming and up for a good time.
