The San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band showcases three gender-bending vocalists in its spring concert, A String of Pearls (What else do you wear with basic black?).

Concert features special performances by drag artists Trauma Flintstone, Donna Sachet and male soprano Don Tatro.

Sax Offenders, the Band’s new saxophone ensemble, makes their public debut performing “A String of Pearls,” and soloist Keith Sklower is featured in Donizetti’s Concertino for English Horn.

Program includes Ponchielli’s Dance of the Hours, Rodgers’ and Hammerstein’s South Pacific and Saint-Saëns’ Danse Bacchanale.

Reception and photo exhibit by A Woman’s Eye Gallery follows. Admission free.
